Shipping and Returns
WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Buyer must contact Winner Technologies, Inc (WTI) at email@example.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Buyer pays shipping to return all merchandise. Once WTI receives, inspects and approves the returned merchandise a refund less a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, off the original purchase price for the merchandise excluding original shipping & handling charges, will be issued to the Buyer.
We charge a flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If a tracking number is available from the shipper, buyer may contact WTI and request same.
Lost/Damaged by shipper: We are not responsible for any errors made by the shipper. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email from firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue.
